Dr. Jose Perez is a
graduate of Carlos Abizu University in Miami,
Florida. He specializes in the treatment of Anxiety, Phobias,
Obssessive Compulsive Disorder, Relaxation Therapy and the
Treatment of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse. Dr. Perez has training in
treating PTSD and trauma, using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and
REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy). Modern Life is stressful,
the economy is affecting everyone, stress is directly correlated with
many health issues. Dr. Perez also provides Relaxation and Stress
